Community Working Group (CWG)

Keeping the DAO Connected, Informed, and Active

Overview

The Community Working Group (CWG) manages SagaDAO’s public-facing spaces, keeping the community vibrant, informed, and engaged. From social media and giveaways to Discord activity and community events, the CWG is the frontline for growth and member experience.

The CWG works independently but collaboratively with the Core Team and other working groups. It maintains transparency by providing regular updates in the weekly sync forum on Discord.

While the Core Team retains admin control over Discord and socials, the CWG drives the daily vibe, engagement, and community momentum across channels.

The group is currently led by Toji.sol (aka 0xheat.sol), SagaDAO’s Community Manager, who oversees contributor coordination, strategy execution, and budget management. 📄 Community Management Roadmap by 0xheat.sol
