Charting Team Roles and the Flow of Responsibilities Each area is led by a core team member who oversees task execution, organizes responsibilities, and coordinates with other core team members through regular standup meetings to maintain alignment on objectives and track progress.

Execution may vary by team. Some core team members take a hands-on approach, while others delegate execution to project leads and focus on high-level oversight, advising, and resource allocation.
